Failed to Add Doorbell in eufySecurity App:

Download eufySecurity app in Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS), it is compatible with Android OS (5.0+) and iOS (11+) phones and tablets.
Please ensure adding eufy homebase 2/3 in the app firstly, remove the film sticker on doorbell body before pairing.
Go to app main page>My Devices+>Video doorbell>Video Doorbell (Battery-Powered), follow app instructions to add the doorbell.
Scan the QR Code or Input the SN at the back of doorbell body manually to add the doorbell.
Press the SYNC button on the doorbell for at least 2 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
Wait for the HomeBase 2 broadcasts the sound tip of pairing request.
If the device fails to pair, contact eufy Support for More Help.
